CODING AGENTSONCHAIN RAILSTRADING SYSTEMS

Gnanam Jaganathan, working as KRATOS. Independent engineer in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. Go, Rust, TypeScript, Solidity. Fourteen builds below — agents that write code, contracts that hold money, and machines that trade while I sleep.

02 METHOD

I work specification-first. The architecture, the constraints and the failure modes are mine; the typing is delegated to coding agents — several of which I also build and maintain. Then I read every diff. It is a strange way to work and it produces an unusual amount of surface area for one person.

The through-line across all of it is verification. Contracts get invariant tests, not vibes. An audit finding is not real until it has been reproduced against running code — I checked one hundred and thirteen of them that way and found the majority were worse than reported. A validator that gives a different answer on the second run is not a validator.

Background is electrical engineering. Day work is selling Nifty index options, which is where the discipline about expectancy comes from: you can be right most of the time and still lose, so the sizing rule matters more than the call.
